This Margaret River Region, Hay Shed Hill vineyard property, has a wonderful story behind it, from housing returned soldiers from the First World War, to being a dairy farm and today you will still see the  renovated homestead from that early settlement as you drive toward the cellar door.  Called Hay Shed Hill with reference to the old hay shed on the property. 

The Shiraz Tempranillo showcased in this gift is from their vineyard series, with the decorative label reflective of this.  Two old grape varieties come together to make this vibrant new blend, 80% Shiraz, 20% Tempranillo. (14% ABV)  This wine has all the sweet fleshiness expected in Shiraz with the added savoury elements and complex tannin structure of Tempranillo.

Nougat & Nice in Bunbury WA, make the most amazing flavours of nougat, their own creation of nougat with a twist.   Here you have 2 x 150g blocks, firstly Dark Choc Peanut, being three layers of nougat, the base a peanut brittle crunch, with a mid layer of soft dark choc nougat, then topped with another layer of dark choc nougat, crushed peanuts and dusted with sea salt flakes, so delicious !

The second 150g nougat block is a Roasted Coconut & Milk Chocolate flavour.  Natural honey is folded with milk chocolate, roasted almonds and pecans.  Decadently topped with silky Milk Chocolate and Roasted Coconut.  Yumm !
