Nougat & Nice offers a creative twist on a classic !  Founded in 2016, by patissier chef Sarah, Nougat and Nice is now located in Western Australia's southwest town of Bunbury.  Sarah has personally crafted her own secret nougat recipe, a delightful combination of less sugar, more natural honey and a wonderful assortment of flavours to enjoy.  Beautifully packaged, this nougat makes a lovely gift, which I have included in many of my hampers
